Last updated: 9 October 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of blyedaily.com (the "Website") and to purchases made through the Website from Lumea Holding Oy, trading under the name Blye ("Blye", "we", "us" or "our").

By placing an order through the Website, you agree to these Terms. These Terms do not limit any mandatory rights you have under applicable law, such as consumer protection law.

1. About us

Blye is an auxiliary business name and trademark of:

Lumea Holding Oy

Business ID: 3620276-3

c/o Boffice

Mikonkatu 8A, LH 611

00100 Helsinki

Finland

Email: support@blyedaily.com

Telephone: +358 50 438 7553

Lumea Holding Oy is the seller and contracting party for all purchases made through the Website. Blye is not a separate legal entity.

2. Applicability

These Terms apply to purchases made by consumers through the Website.

If you are purchasing products for purposes relating to your trade, business, craft or profession, different rules may apply and these consumer Terms may not apply in full.

If any provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory provision of applicable law, the mandatory provision will prevail.

3. Products

We sell food supplements and related products through the Website.

Product descriptions, ingredients, directions for use, warnings, nutritional information and other product-specific information are provided on the relevant product page and on the product packaging.

You should read the product information, recommended serving and warnings before using a product. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Our products are food supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease and should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medication, have a medical condition, or are otherwise unsure whether a product is suitable for you, consult a doctor, pharmacist or other qualified healthcare professional before using it.

Keep products out of the reach of young children.

4. Product information and food-law requirements

We aim to ensure that product information on the Website is accurate and up to date.

Blye products are food supplements, and mandatory food information is provided in accordance with applicable food legislation. This information is available on the product page before you place your order and on the product packaging at delivery.

Product descriptions and marketing claims are not medical advice. We do not claim that a food supplement prevents, treats or cures disease.

5. Orders and formation of contract

When you place an order through the Website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

Before you submit your order, you can review and correct the contents of your cart and the details you have entered at checkout.

After you submit your order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order (order confirmation). The purchase contract between you and us is formed when you submit your order and payment is authorised or taken in accordance with section 7.

Notwithstanding the formation of the contract, we reserve the right to cancel the order and terminate the contract before dispatch in the following circumstances:

•       the product is unavailable;

•       there is an obvious pricing or product-information error;

•       we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity;

•       we are unable to verify information necessary to fulfil the order; or

•       fulfilment is prevented by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as a force majeure event or a supply disruption by a third-party supplier.

If we cancel an order and terminate the contract under this section, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order without undue delay.

The language available for concluding the contract is English. We store your order details and send them to you by email. The current version of these Terms is always available on the Website.

6. Prices

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the Website and at checkout.

Prices include applicable VAT.

Any applicable delivery charges or other additional charges are shown separately before you place your order.

The total price payable by you will be shown before you submit your order.

We may change prices at any time. A price change will not affect an order you have already placed.

If a price is obviously incorrect due to a technical or other error, we will contact you without undue delay and offer you the option of either accepting the corrected price or cancelling the order. If you do not accept the corrected price, or if we are unable to reach you within a reasonable time, we may cancel the order and terminate the contract before dispatch in accordance with section 5. If the order is cancelled, we will refund the full amount paid without undue delay. If the price of a product has increased after you placed your order but before the order is processed, you will be charged the price shown at the time you placed your order. Any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law remain unaffected.

7. Payment

Payment is made using the payment methods offered at checkout.

Payment is normally authorised or taken when you place your order, depending on the payment method and payment provider used.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that the order creates a payment obligation.

Third-party payment providers may have their own terms and privacy policies governing their payment services.

8. Delivery

We deliver to the countries within the European Union that are shown as available at checkout, as set out in our Shipping Policy.

Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times and delivery charges are shown during the ordering process and in our Shipping Policy.

Any delivery time stated by us is an estimate unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.

If we are unable to deliver within the agreed or legally applicable delivery period, you may have rights under applicable consumer protection law, including the right to cancel the purchase in certain circumstances.

Risk in the products passes to you when you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the products, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

9. Right of withdrawal

9.1 General right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period begins when you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods. You may also exercise your right of withdrawal before delivery.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly within the withdrawal period. You may submit your withdrawal:

•       through the withdrawal function available on the Website;

•       by email to support@blyedaily.com;

•       by another clear written notice; or

•       using the model withdrawal form at the end of these Terms.

Returning a product or not collecting a delivery, without notifying us, does not count as a withdrawal notice.

9.2 Online withdrawal function

For contracts concluded through the Website, you may exercise your right of withdrawal using the withdrawal function available on the Website throughout the withdrawal period.

After you submit and confirm a withdrawal using the withdrawal function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email without undue delay.

9.3 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Products with opened seals

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been opened after delivery.

Where this exception applies to a product, we state this clearly on the product page before you place your order.

Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within the withdrawal period.

Perishable products and products close to their best-before date

The right of withdrawal also does not apply to products that can spoil or deteriorate quickly, or that by their nature become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery. Where this exception applies to a product, we state this clearly on the product page before you place your order.

This exception may apply to food supplements that are close to their best-before date at the time of delivery, in addition to, and independently of, the opened-seal exception above.

9.4 Returning products after withdrawal

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the products to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal.

Products must be sent to the return address given in our Returns & Refunds Policy, not to our postal address in Helsinki.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the products unless we have agreed to bear the return costs or applicable law requires us to bear them.

You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession.

You may handle and examine the products to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. If you handle the products beyond what is necessary for this purpose, you may be responsible for any resulting reduction in value, to the extent permitted by law.

9.5 Refunds following withdrawal

If you validly withdraw from a contract, we will refund the payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

The refund includes the delivery cost paid for the original order. If you selected a more expensive delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us, we are not required to refund the additional cost.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

10. Returns, refunds and defective products

Our Returns & Refunds Policy provides practical instructions for returning products and contacting us about refunds.

Your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming products are not affected by our Returns & Refunds Policy or these Terms.

If a product is defective, damaged, incorrectly delivered or otherwise does not conform to the contract, please contact us at support@blyedaily.com as soon as reasonably possible after you discover the issue.

Please include your order number and, where relevant, photographs or other information that may help us investigate the issue.

We will handle complaints and statutory remedies in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

11. Food safety and product complaints

If you believe that a Blye product is unsafe, has caused an unexpected adverse reaction, or otherwise presents a food-safety concern, stop using the product and contact us promptly at support@blyedaily.com.

Please provide, where available:

•       your order number;

•       product name;

•       batch or lot number;

•       best-before date;

•       description of the issue; and

•       any other information reasonably necessary for us to investigate the matter.

We may request photographs of the product, packaging or label.

We maintain procedures for product traceability, product recalls and adverse-effect reports as required by applicable food legislation.

12. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the Website and its content, including the Blye name and logo, product photography, graphics, text, design, software and other materials, belong to Lumea Holding Oy or its licensors.

You may use the Website and its content for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, license or otherwise exploit Website content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

13. Website availability and information

We aim to keep the Website available and information accurate, but we do not guarantee that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

We may temporarily suspend or modify the Website for maintenance, technical reasons, security reasons or other legitimate purposes.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.

14. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including under consumer protection and product liability legislation.

Subject to the above, we are responsible for losses for which we are legally liable under applicable law.

We are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits our obligations relating to food safety and product complaints as described in section 11, or any liability arising under applicable food safety or product liability legislation.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of income, loss of data or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of the Website or a product purchased through it.

We are not liable for losses or damage arising from your failure to follow the product information, recommended serving, warnings or storage instructions provided with a product.

15. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and otherwise process personal data in connection with the Website and your orders.

16. Cookies

The Website may use cookies and similar technologies.

Information about the cookies and similar technologies used on the Website, and how you can manage your choices, is provided in our Cookie Policy and cookie consent settings.

17. Complaints

If you have a complaint about an order, product or our service, please contact us first by email at support@blyedaily.com or by post at the address given in section 1.

We will aim to resolve complaints promptly and fairly.

18. Alternative dispute resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with us, a consumer may refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta), www.kuluttajariita.fi. The Board handles complaints in Finnish or Swedish.

Before referring a matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer should contact the Consumer Advisory Services of the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority, www.kkv.fi/en/consumer-affairs/consumer-advisory-services.

If you live in another EU country, you can also ask the European Consumer Centre in your country for help, www.eccnet.eu.

19. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland.

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory protection afforded to you by the laws of the country where you live.

Any dispute will be handled by the competent court in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from bringing proceedings before a court that has jurisdiction under mandatory consumer protection rules.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our services, Website, payment methods or applicable law.

The version of the Terms that applies to your order is the version that was available when you placed the order, unless a change is required by law.

The current version of these Terms will always be available on the Website.

21. Force majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms to the extent that the delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, fire, flood, war, civil unrest, strikes or other labour disputes, acts of government or public authorities, pandemics, supply shortages, failures of energy or telecommunications networks, or default by a third-party supplier or carrier (a "Force Majeure Event").

If a Force Majeure Event continues for a prolonged period such that the purpose of the contract is substantially frustrated, either party may cancel the affected order. If you have already paid for the order, we will refund the amount paid without undue delay.

This section does not limit any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

22. Miscellaneous

We may transfer or assign our rights and obligations under these Terms, including to a group company or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, provided this does not reduce your statutory or contractual protections. You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect, and the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

If we do not enforce a right or provision under these Terms on a particular occasion, this does not waive our right to enforce it on a later occasion.

These Terms, together with the documents referred to in them (including our Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Website and purchase of products, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, except as expressly stated otherwise.
